Domestic
All domestic Australia orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express delivery. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over weekends or on NSW public holidays. Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed during sale and peak periods. Once an item is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. All orders are currently shipped from Sydney, Australia. Due to our order processing time we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
Delivery Rates
Shipping within Australia:
- Free Standard Shipping for orders $150.00 and over.
- Standard Shipping for orders under $150.00 is $9.90. Allow 2-5 days for delivery within Australia.
- Express Shipping for all orders is $12.90. Allow 1-3 days for delivery within Australia.
Shipping to New Zealand:
- Free Standard Shipping for orders $150.00 and over.
- Standard Shipping for orders under $150.00 is $15.
- Express Shipping for all orders is $30.

USA AND CANADA:
- Flat rate of AUD $15
- All orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping.
REST OF THE WORLD:
- Flat rate of $30 AUD
- Orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping.
All international orders are shipped with DHL and flat rate shipping fees will be added to your order according to your country. Please allow 5-10 Business days for delivery. Additionally, international customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
