Our Mission
Meet The Makers
Our manufacturing partners are more than just factories to us - they’re our family. We’re responsible for their livelihoods, and their families and we’re proud that through their work at KIVARI we’re able to provide jobs for employees all around the world. We have an obligation to support our extended family, and ensure that we are practicing the best social and environmental practices throughout all of the tiers of our supply chain.
Some of the relationships with our suppliers are less than a few years old, but nevertheless we are committed to working with them to gain full transparency in all aspects of our operations. We are confident that by cultivating meaningful relationships with our factories, we can collaborate, learn and grow, to ensure only the most responsible business practices are used.

KIVARI Stories - Catalina, Nia and Flora
As KIVARI grew, and the demand for our designs increased, we needed to find a partner that could not only support this growth, but sustain it in a wholesome and ethical manner. With years of experience in prints, and access to Lenzing materials, we found the perfect partnership with this factory. They follow the ‘Base Code’ from the Ethical Trading Initiative, and have since implemented several environmental initiatives in the factory to improve energy efficiency. This includes installing LED lights, turning off equipment when not in use, and most importantly, recycling all production off cuts through government accredited contractors.

KIVARI Stories – Jasmin, and soon to come our first jersey story
Through our drive to uncover more sustainable solutions, we set out to find a manufacturer that was more than aligned with our vision, but was a pioneer for change. We wanted someone who would teach us how to do better, show us our options and guide us through our journey. It is with this collaboration, we’re now able to launch one ‘eco’ story every month, that will have a focus on using fabrics that have a more positive impact on the environment. One of KIVARI’s biggest goals is to move our fabrications into hemp and linen blends, and organic options as much as possible and with this collaboration, that vision is set to become a reality.

As our ranges developed, we wanted to diversify our print production, and introduce plain dyed items for customers that wanted more classic pieces for their wardrobe. We wanted to work with a supplier who has access to a wide selection of fabrications and that was why we chose the amazing team here, where our partnership has grown immensely over the years—just like the incredible fabric they produce, they are an integral part of our international family.
