In Store Returns

KIVARI boutiques accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 7 days from purchase, upon presentation of a receipt. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please note, we have different policies for our boutiques and online store.

For orders purchased from one of our Boutiques, please refer to our Boutique Policy below.

For online purchases, please refer to our Online Return Policy.

Items purchased from a KIVARI stockist must also be returned to the stockist they were originally purchased from, including faulty items.

 

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

Order gifts with confidence knowing if it's not quite right, we now offer extended returns for all full price purchases made between 1st-24th December. Full priced orders will be eligible for an exchange or gift card only, until the 7th January 2024.
Please note, this does not include jewellery, fragrance or sale items, please see specific terms and conditions below.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • Item/s must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • All purchases on sale items, perfume and jewellery are final.
  • Items that have been purchased during a promotional offer are subject to specific return conditions. Please see specific terms and conditions here.
  • Presentation of receipt is required.

 

FAQS

DO YOU HAVE A FAULT WITH YOUR PRODUCT?

We hope you never receive a faulty product. However, if something you purchased is not in perfect condition, please contact our lovely customer care team at customercare@kivari.com.au with a description of the fault, proof of purchase, and image for our review and we'll help resolve this for you. Faulty returns are determined at the sole discretion of KIVARI.

KIVARI offers a 3 month warranty period on all of our pieces. This does not include reasonable wear-and-tear or items damaged by not following the recommended garment care process.

CAN I RETURN A DIGITAL GIFT CARD?

Digital gift cards are not eligible to be returned. Returns processed by the payment method of a digital gift card will be re issued once onto that payment method.
