In Store Purchases

We do not offer refunds for in store purchases, however if you find that your new Kivari purchase is unsuitable, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange or store credit within 7 days of the purchase, provided that you still have the receipt and your purchase meets the below Returns Conditions. Please note only one exchange is permitted per purchase.

Return conditions:

1. Items must be returned in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached to be accepted.
2. Items must not have any dirty marks, make-up or fake tan marks.
3. Items must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing power.
