About You: As a Senior Designer, you embody the KIVARI woman. You are a leader who can manage the end- to end design process and have the ability and skill to influence and guide trends that influence our direction forward. Working closely with the Founder and Creative Director, you will support the growth of the brand in a sustainable way to ensure the KIVARI customer is at the heart of everything you do.

This is an incredible role for an incredible Head Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design team, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.

· Drive the strategic vision and execution of our product range.

· Utilise your insights from sales reports and market trends to improve designs.

· Collaborate seamlessly with manufacturers to maintain the highest standards of quality.

· Foster relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to marketing initiatives.

· Work alongside the Founder and Creative Director to enhance the overall brand identity.

Qualifications:

· 3 years Proven experience as a visionary Senior Designer.

· A deep understanding of trends

· Creative leadership that elevates brand identity.

· Degree in Design or a related field.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to cultivate relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
