KIVARI is an exciting and growing company inviting applications for a People and Culture Partner.

About Us: KIVARI is a leading contemporary Women’s wear Brand that delivers products designed with heart, personality, and Integrity. Founded in 2014, KIVARI is on track for successful growth through its journey to expand its global footprint through Retail, E-Commerce, and Wholesale channels.

About You: We are looking for a People & Culture Partner who has a solid grasp of the retail/fashion industry and has completed tertiary study in Human Resources. Ideally you have worked in a B Corp certified business, and you have an interest in social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. You will support the growth of the brand in a sustainable way to ensure the KIVARI customer is at the heart of everything you do. 

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage employment relations matters and support management by following the process

· Collaborate with department managers and drive the induction program and ensure each employee has a smooth induction into the business  

· Onboard new employees following the internal process 

· Maintain the internal HR filing system

· Manage and support the appraisal and probationary review process with line managers

· 30/60/90 self-performance meetings with management and employees 

· Manage value awards and office birthday celebrations within budgets 

· Facilitate employee feedback and engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity  

· Policy writing and communication

· Presenting internal policies to employees

· Recruitment

· Ad hoc duties as requested by the team

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a P&C Partner or HR Generalist in retail. 

· Studied Human Resource Management or equivalent. 

· Knowledge of HR practices, polices and employment legislation  

· Excellent accuracy when creating formal documents

· Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality  

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

· Exceptional time management and organisational skills 

· Strong team player
