About You: As a Head Of Design, you embody the KIVARI woman. You are a leader who can manage the end- to end design process and have the ability and skill to influence and guide trends that influence our direction forward. Working closely with the Founder and Creative Director, you will support the growth of the brand in a sustainable way to ensure the KIVARI customer is at the heart of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage employment relations matters and support management by following the process

· Collaborate with department managers and drive the induction program and ensure each employee has a smooth induction into the business  

· Onboard new employees following the internal process 

· Maintain the internal HR filing system

· Manage and support the appraisal and probationary review process with line managers

· 30/60/90 self-performance meetings with management and employees 

· Manage value awards and office birthday celebrations within budgets 

· Facilitate employee feedback and engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity  

· Policy writing and communication

· Presenting internal policies to employees

· Recruitment

· Ad hoc duties as requested by the team

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a P&C Partner or HR Generalist in retail. 

· Studied Human Resource Management or equivalent. 

· Knowledge of HR practices, polices and employment legislation  

· Excellent accuracy when creating formal documents

· Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality  

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

· Exceptional time management and organisational skills 

· Strong team player
