About You: You are someone who exudes confidence, possesses a keen eye for detail, and comes armed with experience in retail leadership, operations and customer experience. You have proven success in creating strong profitability whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the success of our growing retail network by being an outstanding communicator and leader

  • Manage costs effectively and maintain commercial acumen within the team

  • Implement visual merchandising strategies with the team

  • Manage store maintenance, security, banking procedures, and inventory

  • Facilitate onboarding and provide training on POS systems and platforms

  • Conduct regular appraisals and create training plans for continuous improvement

  • Manage retail team recruitment

  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to store teams to foster growth and enhance performance

  • Ensure the quality of operational data and reporting

  • Analyze reports to identify trends, sales opportunities, and operational efficiencies

  • Conduct regular visits to boutiques to review sales performance, KPI achievement, and adherence to company standards

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies tailored to the boutiques needs

  • Promote a customer-first approach

  • Lead by example and provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years in retail management within a growth-focused business

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies

  • Demonstrated success in training and developing retail teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset

  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles, inventory management, and retail operations

  • Ability to travel to multiple store locations as requires
