Online Returns
Returning your item online is easy – simply follow the steps below.
Please note, for orders purchased from one of our Boutiques, please refer to our Boutique Policy.
Items purchased from a stockist must also be returned to the stockist they were originally purchased from, including faulty items.

STEP ONE
Ensure the conditions for returns listed below have been met.
STEP TWO
Fill in our returns form including the return type, quantity of items you are returning and return reason.
STEP THREE
Place item in parcel and post back to KIVARI HQ to be assessed.
STEP FOUR
Once your item has been received and processed by our team you will receive email notification of your store credit or refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
