Warehouse Manager

About You: You have proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, with a strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you excel at problem-solving and ensuring seamless warehouse operations. Your experience with inventory management and warehouse systems allows you to optimise efficiency and drive continuous improvement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to enhancing processes to support the growth of the business. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead and manage a team of 4–8 full-time and casual employees.

• Oversee warehouse rosters to ensure efficient staffing.

• Drive team performance to meet individual and group KPIs.

Warehouse Operations & Performance:

• Manage inbound and outbound deliveries. 

• Ensure timely dispatch of online orders and store deliveries. 

• Oversee the returns process and stock replenishment.

• Coordinate and manage stock takes and sample sales. 

Process Improvement & Reporting:

• Continuously review and refine warehouse processes and procedures. 

• Maintain an efficient warehouse layout and optimise space usage. 

•  Report on warehouse activities against set benchmarks. 

Workplace Safety & Compliance: 

• Implement and maintain safe work practices within the warehouse. 

• Take a safety-first approach to all activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse management or logistics role.

• Experience using warehouse management systems.  

• Strong communication and leadership skills. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
