Store Manager - Noosa

The art of coastal living.
Born in Australia. Belonging everywhere.

We’re looking for a Boutique Manager to lead our Noosa boutique leading from the front, building and developing a strong team, driving performance, and creating an experience where every customer feels valued from the moment they walk in. Our boutiques are more than stores. Each one is thoughtfully designed as a warm, welcoming space where our community comes together.

ABOUT US

KIVARI is an accessible designer brand with deep coastal roots, founded in Sydney in 2014. Every piece is designed by our team in Australia and crafted with sustainability in mind. With signature design handwriting, quality craft and considered details, we inspire women to feel confident and authentically themselves. Community comes first, quality always - and our boutiques are where that comes to life, where our customers meet us properly for the first time.

ABOUT YOU

You take real pride in your boutique and your team. You know how to set a standard, hold it, and bring out the best in those around you. You love coaching and motivating a team, celebrating their wins, and creating an environment where people feel supported to grow. With a passion for fashion and a natural instinct for connection, you set the tone for an exceptional boutique experience, for both your team and your customers.

You bring warmth to every customer interaction and stay calm and composed on your busiest days. You can also read a set of numbers and turn them into a plan for the week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales and KPI performance - drive the boutique’s sales targets and KPIs, and use the numbers to shape what the team does each day.

  • Your team - recruit, roster, train, coach and develop the boutique team.

  • Customer experience - set the standard for how every customer is looked after, from the first hello through to fittings, styling and follow-up.

  • Boutique operations - the day-to-day running of the boutique, including rostering, wage cost and reporting.

  • Stock - deliveries, transfers, replenishment, stocktakes and shrinkage.

  • Visual merchandising - bring each drop and campaign to life in-store in line with brand direction.

  • Clienteling and community - build genuine repeat relationships and grow the local community around the boutique.

  • Brand representation - represent KIVARI to the highest standard, in the boutique and at local events.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience managing a boutique or store, ideally in fashion or premium retail.

  • A track record of delivering sales and KPI results.

  • Experience leading, coaching and rostering a team.

  • Confident with POS, stock and rostering systems.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to build genuine relationships with customers and team alike.

  • Availability across the full trading week, including weekends and peak trading periods.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • A brand you’ll be proud to represent - a close team, a beautiful space, and customers who truly love what we make.

  • Real growth - as KIVARI expands, we’re committed to helping you develop your skills and your career, with genuine pathways across our boutique network.

  • Real support - a leadership team that backs you, and 24/7 confidential support through our EAP plus a paid day off for your birthday.

  • Purpose - we design with intention, make with sustainability in mind, and stay close to the community and the coastline that shaped us.

  • Competitive package - salary plus a generous team member discount, a quarterly uniform allowance, and boutique incentives when your team hits its targets.

OUR VALUES
