Key Responsibilities:

• Driving and succeeding in sales and KPI results.

• Supporting the Boutique Manager with training and developing our team .

• Always provide exceptional customer service.

• Greeting all visitors to the store.

• Understanding and representing our brand to the highest standard.

• Operational running of the store day to day.

• Manage new stock deliveries.

• Oversee all aspects of the running of the store.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in leadership or supervising a store.

• Previous experience in Customer Service and sales.

• Ability to build strong relationships.

• Demonstrated skill in delivering results.

• An influential leader.
