Social Media Manager

About Us: KIVARI is an Australian fashion brand shaped by a sense of freedom, grounded in connection, and defined by a timeless coastal aesthetic. This next chapter marks an exciting moment of growth and refinement - with new boutiques, global expansion, and fresh ways to connect with our community.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who blends creativity with strategic thinking - someone who lives and breathes brand, moves with culture, and brings a fresh, design-led perspective to content, community, and platform strategy. If you’re passionate about curating brand defining moments and ready to elevate the voice of a growing global brand - this is your opportunity to make an impact.

About The Role: As Social Media Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, content, and day-to-day execution of KIVARI’s social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms. You’ll be the voice and vision behind our digital storytelling - creating content that connects, inspires, and elevates the brand.

This is a dynamic, high-impact role that blends creative direction with digital innovation. You’ll shape how KIVARI is seen, felt and experienced across digital platforms - both in Australia and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead KIVARI’s social strategy and content calendar across all platforms.

• Create and curate visually led content aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and tone.

• Identify trends and opportunities, especially across Reels and TikTok.

• Grow and engage our community through storytelling and conversation.

• Manage influencer and UGC content — from gifting to paid collaborations.

• Support campaigns, events and store openings with timely social coverage.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution.

• Monitor performance and use insights to refine content and drive results.

• Maintain consistency in KIVARI’s tone of voice and visual identity across channels.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in a social media or digital content role, ideally in a fashion or lifestyle brand.

• A proven ability to drive growth, innovate across formats, and bring ideas to life that feel brand-right and culturally relevant.

• Deep platform knowledge - especially Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.

• An eye for styling, photography, and visual storytelling.

• Strong writing skills and a natural feel for tone, captioning and copy.

• Highly organised and adaptable, able to juggle content creation, planning and community.

• Curious, solutions-oriented, and always looking for better ways to create impact.

• A genuine connection to the KIVARI brand and our customer.

Nice to Have:

•    Basic design or editing skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe, CapCut).

•    Experience with influencer marketing platforms and creator tools.

•    Knowledge of international market nuances, especially the US and NZ.

What We Offer:

• A creative, collaborative environment: Join a team that values innovation and teamwork, where your contributions will help shape the future of our brand.

•  Growth opportunities: KIVARI is a rapidly growing brand, and we are committed to helping you develop your skills and progress in your career.

• Work-life balance: Regular hours working from our Freshwater office, close to the beach.

• Sustainability commitment: Play a role in shaping designs that reflect our commitment to sustainability, creating a positive impact on both our community and the environment.

• Competitive salary and benefits package including a generous clothing allowance.

How to Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter directly to careers@kivari.com.au.
