About the Role: We’re searching for a Paid Media Specialist who can marry performance analytics with creative impact. The role will be joining our expanding digital team, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and briefing campaigns, building and launching ads, and continually optimising performance to ensure maximum impact. You’ll execute paid media activity that increases brand awareness, drives traffic, and delivers measurable revenue growth across both digital platforms and retail stores.

About You: You’re as comfortable deep-diving into campaign data as you are curating scroll-stopping creative. You use data & insights to guide aesthetic decisions and ensure every ad is on-brand and effective. You have a sharp understanding of digital platforms, audience behaviours, and emerging trends, and you know how to adapt strategy for maximum ROI. In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you thrive on testing, learning, and fine-tuning — all while keeping the KIVARI brand aesthetic front and centre.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, build, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and other key digital channels.

• Drive digital KPIs by monitoring performance daily and adjusting budgets for maximum impact.

• Collaborate with creative and brand teams to brief, develop, and deliver compelling ad content that aligns with KIVARI’s tone, aesthetic, and customer profile.

• Leverage audience insights and conduct A/B testing to continually refine targeting, creative, and messaging.

• Analyse and report on campaign results, translating data into clear actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

• Stay ahead of digital trends, platform innovations, and best practices, applying them to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in Agency for Fashion, Lifestyle or Beauty

• Proven experience scaling Meta and Google Ads

• Proficient with Klaviyo, Shopify, and GA4

• Strong understanding of full-funnel customer acquisition and retention strategies

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or digital media preferred

What We Offer

• A creative, collaborative environment: Join a team that values innovation and teamwork, where your contributions will help shape the future of our brand.

• Growth opportunities: KIVARI is a rapidly growing brand, and we are committed to helping you develop your skills and progress in your career.

• Work-life balance: Regular hours working from our Freshwater office, close to the beach.

• Sustainability commitment: Play a role in shaping designs that reflect our commitment to sustainability, creating a positive impact on both our community and the environment.

• Competitive salary and benefits package including a generous clothing allowance.
