Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Plan and deliver brand events, launches, and activations that align with KIVARI’s aesthetic and values

  • Own and manage the retail marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and key dates are delivered on time

  • Execute marketing initiatives across all channels to support sales and build brand awareness

  • Write and proof marketing copy for campaigns, product launches, in-store promotions, and more

  • Collaborate with sales, merchandising, visual, creative, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution

  • Align event concepts with campaign messaging, product drops, and seasonal brand storytelling

  • Monitor campaign results and sales performance, using insights to improve future strategies

  • Capture and coordinate event content for use across social media, EDMs, and web

  • Assist with marketing admin tasks including budgets, photoshoot logistics, and project coordination

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, PR, or events (fashion/lifestyle experience highly regarded)

  • Creative, organised, and proactive—you thrive juggling multiple projects at once.

  • Strong organisation and project management skills with attention to detail

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Canva, and familiar with Adobe Suite and social media platforms

  • Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • A passion for fashion, storytelling, and building community

  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or PR are highly regarded
