Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Plan and deliver brand events, launches, and activations that align with KIVARI’s aesthetic and values
Own and manage the retail marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and key dates are delivered on time
Execute marketing initiatives across all channels to support sales and build brand awareness
Write and proof marketing copy for campaigns, product launches, in-store promotions, and more
Collaborate with sales, merchandising, visual, creative, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution
Align event concepts with campaign messaging, product drops, and seasonal brand storytelling
Monitor campaign results and sales performance, using insights to improve future strategies
Capture and coordinate event content for use across social media, EDMs, and web
Assist with marketing admin tasks including budgets, photoshoot logistics, and project coordination

Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience in marketing, PR, or events (fashion/lifestyle experience highly regarded)
Creative, organised, and proactive—you thrive juggling multiple projects at once.
Strong organisation and project management skills with attention to detail
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Canva, and familiar with Adobe Suite and social media platforms
Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
A passion for fashion, storytelling, and building community
Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or PR are highly regarded
