We’re looking for a Head of Creative to own the creative vision and execution across every brand touchpoint. Translating the vision of the brand globally.

About You:
You are a visionary creative leader with an exceptional eye for detail and a genuine love of fashion, storytelling and brand-building. With 8-12+ years in Creative Direction, Art Direction or a senior creative leadership role - ideally in fashion, lifestyle or retail - you know how to set a bold creative vision and bring it to life across campaigns, shoots, social and every touchpoint of the brand. You have an instinct for what’s next: elevated, fresh, yet unmistakably KIVARI.
You’re as comfortable directing a shoot on location as briefing a design team, presenting a seasonal vision to our Founder, or getting hands-on with the small details that make a brand feel considered. A confident leader and natural collaborator, you’ll partner closely with our Head of Marketing to ensure every piece of creative is intentional, elevated and brand-defining.
Key Responsibilities:
· Creative vision - set and protect KIVARI's visual identity, keeping it elevated, consistent and always evolving with intention.
· Campaigns - lead to -end-to-end creative direction, concept to final asset delivery.
· Brand shoots - own concept, casting, styling, run sheets and art direction on set.
· Social creative - direct our strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms, with our Social Media Lead.
· Partnerships & events - Collaborate on influencer collaborations, activations and key partnerships so every moment feels on-brand.
· Design team - lead and develop our Creative Lead (Senior Graphic Designer) and design team, setting the standard and managing workload.
· Design output - oversee paid digital, eCommerce, social, advertising, packaging, events and in-store VM.
· Budgets - own creative and production budgets across shoots, design and print.
· Culture radar - stay ahead of global aesthetic and cultural trends, keeping KIVARI forward-thinking and internationally relevant.
Qualifications:
· 8-12+ years in Creative Direction, Art Direction or senior creative leadership.
· A background in fashion, lifestyle or retail; global experience strongly preferred.
· Proven experience directing photo shoots, art directing campaigns and leading a design team.
· A strong portfolio of aspirational brand creative across campaign, social, digital and print.
· Confident art direction of photographers, videographers, stylists and talent on set.
· A commercial mind - an understanding of how creative drives brand perception and business outcomes.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma, Notion, Canva, or similar an advantage.
· Flexibility to travel domestically and occasionally internationally for shoots, events and activations.
· A degree in Creative Direction, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Communications or a related field.
