About you: 

As a Graphic Designer at KIVARI, you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. You bring our brand to life by translating campaign concepts into thoughtful, on-brand design across digital, social, print and retail.

You have 2-3 years' experience designing for a fast-paced brand, ideally within fashion or lifestyle, and enjoy working closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to bring campaign briefs to life. You're comfortable managing a variety of design tasks, from social media and eDMs to website layouts and retail assets, and take pride in delivering high-quality work to deadline.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contributing to the creative vision by designing impactful, on-brand concepts as briefed by the Head of Creative, Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing team.

• Designing and creating weekly campaign eDMs, social media assets, monthly flow eDMs, website layouts for new season launches and sales promotions, and journal articles.

• Supporting social-first creative with a mobile-led approach, including Instagram stories, reels and paid advertising.

• Conceptualising and testing new creative ideas weekly to improve engagement and click-through.

• Managing colour corrections and basic retouching for brand imagery, including e-commerce and ghost imagery.

• Resizing and cropping imagery to website specifications.

• Managing image retouching, resizing and optimisation for e-commerce and digital platforms

• Creating and editing video content for social media and website use, including campaign and studio videos.

• Supporting brand consistency across departments, including presentation templates, packaging design, swing tags, labels and retail signage.

• Working closely with the Marketing and Digital teams to ensure design is delivered in line with the brief and on time.

 

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (essential)

• Motion and video editing skills (Premiere Pro/After Effects) highly regarded.

• Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, layout, typography and colour.

•  Relevant qualification in Graphic Design (Certificate IV or higher preferred)
