E-Commerce Manager - 12 Month Contract

About You: You are a commercially minded, trade-focused Ecommerce Operator with proven experience trading websites day to day against sales and profit targets, with a demonstrable record of improving conversion rate. Innovative and an AI mindset, you lead with a strategic approach to conversion and optimisation possessing strong CRO capability with hands-on GA4 experience, able to self-serve insights and identify optimisation opportunities across the full customer journey.

You have multi-site and international experience, having managed multiple websites or markets, ideally including the US, with working knowledge of Shopify Markets, cross-border shipping and multi-currency trading.

Key Responsibilities:

· Trade KIVARI AU & ROW websites to achieve sales and profit targets.   

· Increase site performance through improved conversion rate, and growth across KPIs including ATV and UPT.

· Execute promotional and seasonal strategies in line with the marketing calendar.

· Implement CRO initiatives and leverage analytics to optimise site performance.

· Merchandise product in line with stock position, sell-through and markdown strategy, partnering with Planning on ranging and depth decisions.

· Lead new product launches and manage onsite merchandising to maximise conversion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.

· Leverage AI-driven personalisation and search to tailor the experience by market and customer segment.  

· Optimise for generative engine visibility (GEO), ensuring KIVARI's products and content are discoverable and accurately represented across AI search experiences including AI Overviews, ChatGPT and LLM-driven discovery, alongside traditional SEO. 

· Own international site configuration including pricing, duties and currency presentation across international markets. 

· Deliver weekly sales and monthly website performance reports, providing clear analysis and actionable recommendations for improvement. 

· Drive AI efficiencies through reporting, automating and scheduling reports.

Qualifications:

· 4+ years in ecommerce trading or management roles, ideally in fashion or retail, with a demonstrable record of improving conversion rate. Experience managing multiple websites across international markets is required, with US market experience highly regarded.

· Strong understanding of Shopify, CRO, SEO, analytics, and digital merchandising.

· Strong analytical capability with hands-on GA4 experience.

· Experience with international ecommerce including Shopify Markets, cross-border shipping and multi-currency trading.  

· Commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity and data-led decisions.

· Experience line managing or developing direct reports.  

· Ability to build strong relationships and partner up with internal and external stakeholders  

· Clear and effective communication.

· High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
