Senior Graphic Designer

About you: As a Senior Graphic Designer at KIVARI, you are a creative leader with a strong eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. You bring our brand to life by contributing to the creative vision and campaign concepts across every touchpoint — from digital and social to print and retail.

You have proven experience concepting and delivering seasonal campaigns, working closely with Marketing and Creative teams to translate ideas into thoughtful, on-brand design. Confident balancing hands-on design with mentorship, you guide and support the Graphic Design team while ensuring creative excellence, consistency and timely delivery.

You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, value community, and take pride in crafting considered design that captures the spirit of KIVARI and connects with our global audience.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contributing to the creative vision and campaign concepts in collaboration with Marketing and Creative teams

• Leading, mentoring and supporting the Graphic Design team, providing clear creative direction and feedback

•  Translating campaign concepts into considered, on-brand design across digital, social, print and retail

• Designing and overseeing campaign assets including eDMs, social media, website and journal content

• Driving social-first creative with a mobile-led approach, including Instagram stories, reels and paid advertising

• Conceptualising and testing new creative ideas to elevate engagement and performance

• Managing image retouching, resizing and optimisation for e-commerce and digital platforms

• Creating and editing video content for campaigns, social media and website use

• Ensuring brand consistency across all assets, departments and external partners

• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Digital, Wholesale, Retail and external suppliers to meet deadlines

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands

• Proven experience in a senior or leadership role

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (essential)

• Motion and video editing skills highly regarded

• Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals, layout, typography and colour

•  Relevant qualification in Graphic Design (Certificate IV or higher preferred)
