KIVARI is an exciting and growing company inviting applications for a Boutique Assistant Manager for our Bondi Junction location.

About You: A passionate and influential team member who thrives in a leadership role and loves making an impact. With a strong track record in retail or customer service at a supervisory level, you excel at driving results and embodying a brand’s values. If you are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities:

· Drive sales and achieve KPI targets. 

· Supporting the Boutique Manager in training and developing the team.

· Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. 

· Welcome and assist all visitors to the boutique. 

· Represent the KIVARI brand to the highest standard. 

· Oversee the daily operations of the boutique. 

· Manage new stock deliveries. 

· Ensure smooth operational performance across all aspects of the boutique. 

 

Qualifications & Skills:

· Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a boutique. 

· Strong background in customer service and sales. 

· Ability to build and nurture strong relationships. 

· Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets. 

· A natural leader with strong communication and influencing skills.
