Assistant Store Manager - Pacific Fair

KIVARI is an exciting and growing company inviting applications for a Boutique Assistant Manager for our Pacific Fair boutique - luxury shopping destination on the Gold Coast.  This is an amazing opportunity to be part of something incredible.

About You: You are an influential team member who loves making an impact. If you have a track record of success within the retail or customer service industry in a supervisory capacity, coupled with a passion for being an ambassador in your environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Driving and succeeding in sales and KPI results

• Supporting the Boutique Manager with training and developing our team

• Always provide exceptional customer service

• Greeting all visitors to the boutique

• Understanding and representing our brand to the highest standard

• Operational running of the boutique day to day

• Manage new stock deliveries

• Oversee all aspects of the running of the boutique
  

 Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in leadership or supervising a boutique.
  

• Previous experience in Customer Service and sales

• Ability to build strong relationships.

• Demonstrated skill in delivering results.

• An influential leader.
