Assistant Store Manager - Burleigh Heads
The art of coastal living.
Born in Australia. Belonging everywhere.
We’re looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager for our Burleigh Heads boutique. This role's purpose is to support the Boutique Manager leading from the front, building and developing a strong team, driving performance, and creating an experience where every customer feels valued from the moment they walk in. Our boutiques are more than stores. Each one is thoughtfully designed as a warm, welcoming space where our community comes together.
ABOUT US
KIVARI is an accessible designer brand with deep coastal roots, founded in Sydney in 2014. Every piece is designed by our team in Australia and crafted with sustainability in mind. With signature design handwriting, quality craft and considered details, we inspire women to feel confident and authentically themselves. Community comes first, quality always - and our boutiques are where that comes to life, where our customers meet us properly for the first time.
ABOUT YOU
You take real pride in your boutique and the team around you. Working alongside the Boutique Manager, you help set the standard, hold it, and bring out the best in those you work with. You enjoy coaching and encouraging your team, celebrating their wins, and helping create an environment where people feel supported to grow. With a passion for fashion and a natural instinct for connection, you lead by example on the floor and help deliver an exceptional boutique experience for both the team and our customers.
You bring warmth to every customer interaction and stay calm and composed on the busiest days. You’re comfortable reading the numbers, and you can work with the Boutique Manager to turn them into a plan for the week. You’re ready to step up and lead the boutique when the Boutique Manager is away.
RESPONSIBILITIES
