KIVARI is an exciting Australian brand, and we are seeking a Boutique Assistant Manager to join our team at Bondi Junction. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic business, contributing to an exceptional in-store experience and supporting the continuously evolving KIVARI brand.

About You: You are an influential team member who loves making an impact. If you have a track record of success within the retail or customer service industry in a supervisory capacity, coupled with a passion for being an ambassador in your environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving and succeeding in sales and KPI results

  • Supporting the Boutique Manager with training and developing our team

  • Always provide exceptional customer service

  • Greeting all visitors to the boutique

  • Understanding and representing our brand to the highest standard

  • Operational running of the boutique day to day

  • Manage new stock deliveries

  • Oversee all aspects of the running of the boutique

 Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in leadership or supervising a boutique.

  • Previous experience in Customer Service and sales

  • Ability to build strong relationships.

  • Demonstrated skill in delivering results.

  • An influential leader.
