About you: As the ANZ Wholesale Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving KIVARI’s wholesale success across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll manage and grow relationships with our valued retail partners, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless flow from seasonal sell-in to sell-through.
This is a fast-paced, commercial role blending sales, operations, and strategy — perfect for someone who’s passionate about fashion, thrives on building relationships, and is excited by the opportunity to grow with a brand that’s evolving globally.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage and nurture relationships with key wholesale accounts across ANZ, including majors and independent boutiques.
• Execute seasonal sell-ins, ensuring timely product uploads, order accuracy, and delivery coordination.
• Monitor sell-through performance, providing insights and solutions to maximise sales and strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee EDI management, product data accuracy, and wholesale operations in collaboration with production, planning, and logistics.
• Support showroom presentations, seasonal launches, and in-season trading opportunities.
• Manage AR communication and support timely payments across wholesale accounts.
• Act as a brand ambassador, conducting store visits and providing product training to ensure consistency with KIVARI’s brand values.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a wholesale, sales, or fashion administration role.
• Strong understanding of wholesale processes and systems (ERP experience preferred; JOOR advantageous).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive commercial outcomes.
• Proficient in Excel and confident working with order management systems.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
