Same Day Shipping

Same Day Shipping

Same day shipping is currently available until Friday 26th April.

We offer same day shipping to customers within a 50km radius of our head office in Freshwater, Sydney, with delivery starting at $15.

If your postcode is eligible for same day shipping, the option will appear at checkout with a delivery price based on your location.

All same day delivery orders are delivered by our partner Rendr. You will receive an email with tracking details and updates via text to follow the journey of your parcel.

SAME DAY DELIVERY
Place your order before 11am and receive by 5pm.
Prices start from $15 based on your location.
 
 

Sydney same day delivery by 5pm is available for orders placed by 11am AEDT each business day (Monday - Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays and within Sydney metro area only.

For orders placed after 11am, your delivery will be scheduled for delivery by 5pm the next business day.

Please note that Same Day Delivery is not available for delivery to PO boxes or parcel lockers as you must be present at the time of the courier's arrival.

If you’re not home and completed an order with Same-Day Delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe place at your delivery location with no signature required.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED USING SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Once your order has been placed online you cannot cancel the order. We are also unable to cancel an order or stop an order from being dispatched on your request. If you have incorrectly placed an order, please refer to our Returns Policy.

ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Once the delivery has been booked, you will be unable to change the delivery address.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS ON THE WAY?

You will be sent status updates via SMS and email from when the delivery is booked to when it’s collected and completed from Rendr (our delivery partner) to ensure you are constantly updated with the order’s progress.
