Our recent denim capsule showcases a refined take on cream denim, featuring the Elena Skirt and Elena Playsuit, adorned with utility style accents. Versatile additions to any wardrobe, these denim staples effortlessly transition from casual to dressy occasions. The light cream hue lends itself well to transeasonal dressing, providing a canvas for your capsule wardrobe. Pair the Elena Skirt with a matching cream knit cardigan, or opt for a casual look with a simple crop top or tank. The Elena Playsuit is a new playsuit silhouette that can be for everyday comfortable dressing or elevated with leather boots and a matching clutch for the dressier occasions.

CARING FOR YOUR DENIM PIECES

A timeless wardrobe staple, denim pieces are those that can last for a lifetime with the right care.

  • Infrequent washes - the less washes the better for a number of reasons. The less your denim pieces are washed, the longer colour life and structural integrity they will have

  • Spot cleaning -For stains on denim, apply some water and gentle detergent to a cloth, and spot clean the stain until it has come out. Then let it air dry

  • Hand or cool wash, inside out  - When you do go to wash your denim, ensure you have turned the piece inside out, and if not hand washing, only put into the machine on a cool wash and with a gentle detergent.

  • Air dry, on the line but in the shade -  despite 95-100% cotton denim pieces being more durable and robust than others and probably surviving a warm, tumble dry, we do not recommend it. It is best to let your denim air dry and in the shade to prevent colour fading. If possible, hang them on the line to preserve the fit and shape. Tumble drying your denim means you run the risk of it losing its shape and damaging the fabric.

  • Avoid tumble drying  When caring for your denim, do not tumble dry. Even if it is on a low heat cycle, tumble drying can damage the material fibres and disrupt the natural shape of the pieces.

  • Avoid washing with other items - To prevent colour bleeding or discoloration, always try to wash your denim pieces on their own. If you wash them with other coloured garments, these garments can transfer colour onto your denim, or, particularly if your denim is new, it can bleed dye.
