Store Manager - Subiaco

KIVARI is an exciting and growing company inviting applications for a Store Manager for our Subiaco boutique - luxury shopping destination in Western Australia.  This is an amazing opportunity to be part of something incredible.

About You: A passionate and influential team member who thrives in a leadership role and loves making an impact. With a strong track record in retail or customer service at a supervisory level, you excel at driving results and embodying a brand’s values. If you are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales and KPI results.

  • Training, developing and mentoring our team.

  • Managing the day to day of the boutique including rostering, inventory management and reporting.

  • Delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our KIVARI customer.

  • Greeting all visitors to the boutique.

  • Understanding and representing our brand to the highest standard.

  • Manage new stock deliveries.

  • Recruitment.

  • Visual Merchandising.

 Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience managing or supervising a boutique.

  • Ability to build strong relationships.

  • Demonstrated skill in delivering results.

  • An influential leader.
