KIVARI is an exciting and growing company inviting applications for a National Retail Manager.

About You: You are someone who exudes confidence, possesses a keen eye for detail, and comes armed with experience in retail leadership, operations and customer experience. You have proven success in creating strong profitability whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the success of our growing retail network by being an outstanding communicator and leader

  • Cultivate and manage internal and external relationships

  • Project manage operational changes and internal expansion plans in our retail boutiques

  • Lead and manage cross-departmental projects aimed at scaling and optimising the business

  • Drive the management of all retail operational projects, maintaining clarity in steps and timelines

  • Manage retail boutique rollout projects

  • Oversee team recruitment, leadership and performance

  • Implement and oversee KPI’s across all areas of retail

  • Ensure the quality of operational data and reporting

  • Take ownership of the P&L and budgeting to optimise cost savings

  • Oversee all aspects of the running of the boutique

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to increase profitability and revenue

  • Lead by example and provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years in retail management and operations within a growth-focused business

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proven knowledge of retail and a track record in store performance, rollouts and openings

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Outstanding reporting skills
