Today, KIVARI has six boutiques across Australia, Noosa Heads, Byron Bay, Freshwater, Miranda, Bondi, and Burleigh Heads. We're thrilled to share that many more boutiques are in the pipeline, marking a significant period of expansion. We run two successful online websites and an impressive list of luxury doors, around the globe.
About the Role:
We are in search of a Head of Operations to join our senior leadership team, based at our Freshwater head office. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager, Founder/Creative Director, and other key management figures to streamline operational efficiencies, oversee the growth of the company, and drive exciting expansion initiatives across our head office, warehouses, and retail boutiques.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Budgets & Planning:
Take ownership of the P&L and budgeting to optimize cost savings.
Identify, drive, and take charge of cost-saving initiatives, including forecasting and demand planning.
Strengthen our supply chain in line with the company's strategic direction
Business Partnership Management:
Implement effective strategies to enhance service offerings, logistics, warehousing, and office operations.
Cultivate and manage relationships with various suppliers and contracts.
Project manage operational changes and international expansion plans.
Project Management:
Lead and manage cross-departmental projects aimed at scaling and optimizing the business.
Drive the management of all operational projects, maintaining clarity in steps and timelines.
Execute high-level strategic objectives.
Oversee retail rollout projects.
Team Building & Management:
Oversee team recruitment, leadership, and performance.
Implement KPIs across all areas of responsibility.
Reporting:
Ensure the quality of operational data and reporting.
Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to increase profitability and revenue.
Deliver comprehensive reporting across the company's operations.
Warehouse:
Be responsible for key warehouse performance metrics.
Oversee the effectiveness of all warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics.
Ensure the fulfillment of goals.
Customer Service:
Account for key customer service performance metrics.
Assess and enhance customer service processes.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years in supply chain/operations management within a growth-focused business.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comprehensive experience in e-commerce, inventory, warehousing, supply chain, fulfillment, reverse logistics, and customer service operations.
Proven knowledge of retail and a track record in store rollouts.
Proficiency in Shopify, 3PL management, and payment gateways.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrated expertise in performance metrics and process improvement.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, time management, and planning.
