Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute ANZ/ROW sales strategies to drive growth and market expansion.

• Identify and secure new accounts while nurturing existing client relationships.

• Research and evaluate international markets for new business opportunities.

• Build and strengthen relationships with major accounts in target regions.

• Support international agencies and distributors with sales operations and approvals.

• Manage in-season reorders, asset distribution, and timely sales reporting.

• Oversee wholesale accounts to maximize sell-through and sales opportunities.

• Propose solutions to improve stock turn and address inventory challenges.

• Lead account management activities, including seasonal showings and performance reviews.

• Maintain and update JOOR ATS line sheets for retailer access to available stock.

• Participate in AR & Dispatch meetings to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Communicate effectively with retailers on product updates and late styles.

• Collaborate on monthly launch plans and special projects for brand growth.

• Prepare sales forecasts, strategies, and post-season analysis for leadership.

• Act as a brand ambassador, coaching accounts and promoting brand values.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in wholesale management role preferred

• Sales & account management skills    

• Proficient in analysing numbers and providing accurate feedback.

• Strong analytical, numeracy, and Excel skills

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., I8, Niche) and JOOR (preferred)

• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities

• Customer-Centric Mindset

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with a solution-oriented approach

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues with a focus on satisfaction and retention
