About you: You’re organised, proactive, and passionate about fashion. You thrive in a creative environment and love being hands-on with technical CAD drawings, fabric sourcing, samples, trims, and everything that brings a collection to life. You have strong attention to detail, enjoy supporting a fast-paced design team, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’re a positive communicator, a natural problem‐solver, and someone who gets energy from contributing to a brand with purpose, aesthetic integrity, and a strong sense of community. Responsibilities:

 •  Maintain an organised, efficient and inspiring design room environment

 •  Assist Design team with technical CAD drawings to support garment development and design communication

 •  Support hands-on fabric sourcing activities including sample requests, fabric research, and organisation of sourced materials

  • Prepare samples, fabric options, trims, design boards and materials for fittings, meetings and range reviews

 • Ensure all samples are presented to a showroom standard through meticulous steaming and preparation

 • Manage and track incoming samples, trims and fabric swatches

 •  Coordinate sample movement across departments and external partners

• Update basic design documentation, sample lists and trackers

•  Support courier bookings and logistics for sample transfers

• Maintain fabric, trim and hardware libraries to a high standard

• Maintain the integrity of the digital design archive by filing tech packs and assets with precision

 • Assist the Design team with seasonal preparation and general administrative tasks

Qualifications:

 •  Experience in a fashion, design or production environment or Fashion Graduate

 •  Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail

 •  Effective communication and the ability to build strong working relationships

 •  Proactive, eager to learn and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

 • Basic knowledge of garment components, fabrics and trims (essential)

 •  Exposure to or experience with hands-on fabric sourcing and material development (desirable)

 •  Proficient in developing technical CAD drawings (essential)

 •  Effective communication and the ability to build strong working relationships

 •  Competency with Google Suite; Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (essential)

 •  Relevant qualifications in Fashion Design or Textiles highly regarded
