Our Byron Bay & Freshwater stores are closed until further notice. 

Head Office & Online Orders

Our head office team are taking additional precautions to keep each other, and our customers safe. In addition to our regular cleaning we are disinfecting all surfaces regularly.

Our warehouse team is working a safe social-distance apart, packing and sending orders are our normal fast dispatch rate. If you shop with us online, you'll receive your packages as normal. 

Staff are being monitored closely and being asked to stay home & work if they have been in contact with someone who has recently come from overseas, has had COVID-19 or are showing any sickness symptoms. 

Here's what you need to know from Australia Post:

Our parcels are automatically signature on delivery and our customers need to be aware of these pre-cautions.

- When customers answer the door, the Australia Post delivery driver will ask if you're unwell or have Coronavirus. If so, they will leave the delivery at the door to collect once they leave. Please respect your delivery driver. 

- Australia Post will not be asking for signature on delivery. In these cases, the driver will sign for the parcel on the customers behalf, take a photo of the delivery &  leave it outside.

In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers your order to the door or you go in to your local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record your name and sign on your behalf

- If you are uncomfortable with your parcel being left, we recommend you have it delivered to an address where someone will be present to answer the door and witness the driver leave the parcel.

- If picking up your parcel from the post office, please practice safe social distancing. 

This is a complicated situation & our team will keep you, our customers updated as needed.

For now, we are available online (The internet is corona-immune!) and you can shop online safely.
