All you need to do is create a KIVARI account here. If you have an existing account or email subscription there is no need to join - you are already entitled to enjoy and experience the KIVARI Collective.

Yes! Your level will be determined based on how much you’ve spent in total at KIVARI since July 2021.

You will automatically be moved up a tier once you have accumulated a balance over the spend threshold for each tier.

Your tier expires 12 months from the date you join. Within this 12 month period, you have the opportunity to upgrade to the next tier. If you move up a tier within that 12 months, your tier expiry will be reset to 12 months from the date you entered the new tier.

KIVARI Collective rewards are valid for a limited time only! Each reward will note the expiry date in the terms and conditions in the footer of your reward email.

All KIVARI Collective rewards will be available to redeem online. Some of our rewards can also be redeemed in-store. At the time of communicating your rewards we will let you know if the rewards are specific to online only or in-store as well.
