Casual Warehouse Assistant

KIVARI is an exciting and growing company inviting applications for a Casual Warehouse Assistant.

About You: You are a strong team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Your time management skills are exceptional, and you have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination/Organisation of Warehouse

  • Timely picking, packing, and dispatching of daily orders with a high degree of accuracy

  • Supporting with general warehouse and office administration       

  • Assisting with sample sales

  • Stock take duties

  • Be hands on with manual and heavy lifting

  • Tidying warehouse including sweeping floors and general duties to ensure the warehouse is organised to a high standard

  • Receiving deliveries

  • Assist other members of the team with AD hoc duties

To be our perfect candidate, you will:

  • Have previous customer service experience

  • Be highly energetic to meet the physically demanding aspects requirements of the role

  • Be a quick learner

  • Take direction with a positive attitude and be willing to learn

  • Have previously used internal systems and have strong computer skills

  • Previous warehouse or retail experience is preferred however not essential
